Keep dough refrigerated until ready for use; dough is best used within 5 days of thawing.
Slice open the bag along the dotted line and carefully turn the bag inside out to remove the dough. Tip: Cold dough releases easier from packaging.
Reshape into a ball and allow to warm for 15 minutes. Roll out into a 14-inch circle on a floured surface.
Place on a pizza pan or greased cookie sheet. Spread the surface of the dough with a thin layer of pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella or any topping desired.
Bake on the bottom shelf of a pre-heated 450°F oven for about 14-16 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
Carefully remove from oven. Let stand for 2 minutes before slicing or serving. Enjoy!
PRO TIP: Lightly coat a bowl and the surface of the dough with olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap to create a slightly humid environment, this will help in developing a better texture and flavor in the dough. Let the dough rest for 1 hour before use!
